STEP 01

The Discovery Call

It starts with a conversation we look forward to as much as you will. We'll get to know your family, understand the moments worth capturing, and by the end of the call you'll already be able to picture the portrait we'll make together.

STEP 02

The Design Consultation

We sit down to talk about your family, your home, and what you hope these portraits will become. We show you the artwork we create, walk through the options, and talk clearly about what finished portraits may cost. No surprises — just a plan.

STEP 03

Wardrobe

We help guide clothing choices so everyone feels comfortable and the finished artwork feels natural in your home — without anyone looking overly matched or uncomfortable.

STEP 04

The Portrait Session

Your only job is to arrive as yourselves. Every session moves at the rhythm of your family — we don't rush to fit a clock. We guide things gently so real personality and connection come through naturally.

STEP 05

Portrait Selection & Ordering

About a week after your session, you return to the studio to review your portraits, finalize selections, and design your finished artwork. Because everything was planned from the beginning, this is where it all comes together.

STEP 06

Delivery & Installation

When your artwork is ready, we bring it to your home and install it ourselves — at the right height, in the right light, exactly as we designed it together. From the first conversation to the last piece on your wall, guided from start to finish.
